The leader in real-time TV ad data and analytics is currently seeking an Media Supervisor who will help support our growing Customer Success team. We are seeking a talent who will share our obsession for data accuracy and wants to ensure our clients are successful; someone with an insatiable appetite for learning new things and accomplishing challenging goals in a fast-paced (and not always structured) environment. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated and knows how to get things done quickly and efficiently.
We have a product that is changing how brands, agencies and networks measure and assess the impact of TV advertising campaigns. Our software uses proprietary audio and video analysis to monitor and extract TV commercials, movie trailers and other promotional content from TV. At the same time, our software analyzes consumer interactions with TV ads on the digital screen across search, video and social. Interactions are matched with specific ads and attributed back to airings on TV. Our platform collects and analyzes massive amounts of data in real-time.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the customer success team, you will be responsible for a variety of business-critical work that includes, but not limited to:
- Partnering with the enterprise account owner to professionally handle incoming client requests and ensuring that issues are resolve both promptly and thoroughly
- Collaboratively work across the organization, specially Product and Sales, as a client advocate to ensure resolution and delivery on requests
- Work efficiently and effectively, both as a team and independently, to resolve client request and inquires
- Utilizes appropriate resource materials to effectively and accurately interrupt, respond and resolve customer inquiries and problems
- Partnering with the enterprise account owner, help monitor project planning and progress tracking of client implementations
- Support teams’ requests for presentation and training documentation for client needs
- Coordinate client meetings and helping to arrange necessary travel
Requirements to be successful in this role
- 4+ years of in a client support, sales support, or relevant experience required and a bachelor’s degree
- Experience planning, buying, and/or selling television media
- Experience monitoring campaign activity in-flight
- Ability to travel for business as needed
- Experience using internal ticketing systems similar to Atlassian Suite; ie. Confluence, JIRA and HipChat
- Experience using CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
- Strong experience using presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Well-developed project management skills across various disciplines in a deadline driven environment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of and a passion for emerging technologies
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate a history of creative thinking and autonomous work.
- Identify and problem-solve program challenges and consult with senior management with solutions
