Meta Ad Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Ad Specialist to join our team of professionals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media advertising strategies to increase sales and brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
• Provide and analyze data for the team.
• Design, create, and manage ad campaigns using industry best practices and platform-specific tools.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging ad creatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, techniques, and platform updates.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on ad campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media advertising, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and platform-specific ad formats.
• Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and optimize ad performance.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
