JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to support the achievement of Isuzu parts sales annual target and support the achievement of the ILAC (Isuzu Latin America & Caribbean) service retention objective for commercial vehicles in the Latin America and Caribbean regions. This position is responsible to provide product support required in the Isuzu Genuine Parts and Best Value Parts sales process to Isuzu dealers. Coordinates and supports the implementation of parts sales and marketing business strategies (price analysis, product analysis, communication and finding new market opportunities) as a joint effort with Isuzu dealers and works with various teams based on their responsibilities and expertise. Responsible to coordinate and implement parts sales training and support parts incentive programs that are offered to dealers. Requires a high level of communication between Isuzu dealers, the ILAC team, Itochu America, ISZJ (Isuzu Japan) parts department, and AIPDN (American Isuzu Parts Distribution Network). This position requires the ability to speak/read/write in Spanish and English to effectively support parts sales efforts in the Latin American and Caribbean regions.

- Provides commercial support and achieves Isuzu parts sales business targets:
- Supports and follows up the achievement of Isuzu dealers parts sales annual target.
- Participates in meetings with Isuzu dealer (omit s) representatives and final customers to promote current, developing, and future parts sales opportunities.
- Designs and implements dealer parts sales activity support programs in order to achieve annual sales target.

2. Implements sales and marketing strategies to improve Isuzu parts business:
- Manage KPIs and business reports related with parts operation.
- Gathers proper information from Isuzu dealers to create product, price, coverage and communication strategies to develop parts business (Isuzu Genuine Parts and Best Value Parts).
- Supports the development of communication campaigns and market research studies to promote Isuzu parts sales jointly with the ILAC marketing team.
- Follows each project to ensure effective field execution and procurement of relevant market data.
- Analyzes dealers parts orders statistics in order to assist dealers to explore new parts sales opportunities.
- Presents conclusions to management and provides recommended actions.

3. Achieves parts sales annual target through the development of new sales activities and supporting current parts sales programs:
- Supports the implementation of dealer parts sales activity programs in order to achieve annual sales target.
- Supports the implementation of incentive plans with the objective to achieve the parts sales annual target.
- Delivers and coordinates parts sales training to parts dealers teams with the objective to increase parts sales and provide the best support to Isuzu customers

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum three years of directly related or similar level of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
KNOWLEDGE
- General knowledge of automotive and truck industries.
- General knowledge of automotive parts business.
- Understanding of automotive dealers companies business practices and operations
- Understanding main technical concepts, functions, and performance of Commercial Vehicles
- General knowledge of Latin American customs and business practices
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Advanced PC skills in Windows applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

PHYSICAL STANDARDS
The employee must be able to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer. This is primarily a sedentary position in a controlled office environment which requires only occasional reaching, stooping, and lifting of office files, reports, records, or promotional material typically weighing up to 60 lbs. This position requires up to 50% travel, including international and domestic travel with overnight stays.
