Content Writer II

Job Description:This position will leverage strategic insights to support the coordination, production, and management of written, visual, and digital marketing and communications strategy, programs and materials. This will require strategic thinking, conceptual competency, strong writing sensibilities, and a high level of craftsmanship across all media, including video, digital, experiential, social, and print.Skills/Experience:

• Develops content that accurately reflects company ideals
• Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
• Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives
• Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
• Collaborates with graphic designers and video team to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

• 10 years working as a copywriter in an agency or corporate marketing environment in brand, creative services, and advertising with experience working across all marketing mediums
• You are an excellent communicator - clear, concise and affable
• Skilled at working with multiple internal and external parties of various levels including C-suite executives
• Working with the project manager, you can easily maintain a work schedule and prioritize projects/asks
• Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment where agility and pivoting are a part of the journey.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong strategic thinking
• SEO familiarity
• Familiarity with the real estate/mortgage/title processes a plus

Degree Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Creative Writing, Marketing, Communications or similar.
