Responsibilities
- This is a Demo Job Ad
- Process customer policy changes and requests
- Secure all necessary documents for policies and claims
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs and goals
- Assist in identifying and closing any gaps in customer insurance coverage
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to inquiries, follow up, and assist in resolving issues/finding solutions for clients
Requirements
- This is a Demo Job Ad
- Property & Casualty license is preferred, but willing to train a qualified candidate
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Work well with other staff as a team player with a positive attitude
- Professional office and phone etiquette
