Design campaign strategies
- In partnership with the Director, Engagement, develop the right campaign strategies and touchpoints to deliver the appropriate outcomes for clients
- Help define the workflows and candidate journey, keeping in mind how important candidate experience must be
- Support in the communication of these strategies to the Client Strategy and Marketing Strategy teams
Setup and QA campaigns and platforms
- Develop the candidate flow and ensure the right pieces of information are obtained to facilitate the communication based on the strategy
- Partner with internal teams including Branding & Creative, Media, Client Integrations, Product, and Engineering to ensure assets and processes are in place to facilitate the campaign - from lead capture to reporting
- Setup platforms to accept data in appropriate formats to allow for proper segmentation and data flow
- Get access to appropriate URL parameters and determine any dynamic values that must be passed. QA these parameters and values to ensure accuracy
- Ensure landing pages have the appropriate java script to ensure proper performance tracking
Execute campaigns and manage delivery, including external resources
- Launch campaigns within platforms depending on strategies selected
- Closely monitor performance through the appropriate source (ex ESP or Analytics platforms))
- Update reporting as needed to communicate success or failure of campaigns
- Partner with internal teams to gain access to necessary files and organize candidate data for ongoing use within platforms.
- Manage assigned accounts to deliver against client’s goals
- Update the expenditure against external resources and hours used to deliver client goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
