Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry level position, with minimal experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues
- Document all support interactions and solutions in ticketing system
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses
