IT Sales Executive - IT Support 365
IT Support 365 are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our ever increasing company.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
An IT Sales Executive has three primary responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Researching and account profiling of organizations identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process.
- Contacting potential clients via phone or email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
When it comes to the challenge of selling, other typical duties include:
- Negotiating by phone and email.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customised targeted sales strategies.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and
- interact with potential customers.
- Persuasive and goal oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and be able to focus on how a customer answers questions.
- Building rapport in an age when clients are quick to sense a lack of authenticity.
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with mid-level management.
- One to two years of cold calling experience; previous experience in inside sales, or
- related sales, knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Good to Have
- A strong technical curiosity and desire to learn on an ongoing basis.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and Excel),
- Corporate CRM experience preferred.
- MSP aware
- Microsoft Certification.
