Our client, a software house is looking for an HR Manager. The HR Manager ensures the smooth running of all HR core functions. The HR Manager needs to ensure that the team/reports are equipped to handle efficiently assigned tasks, through pertinent objectives and where necessary seek training. Additional role calls for a person who can act as a point of reference when it comes to propagating corporate values and culture; develop and/or implement initiatives that align with overall company strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall HR function of the business
- Ensuring the smooth running of the 360 HR Function
- Handling the payroll, employee relations, recruitment, HR Admin
- Setting up KPI's for the team and monitoring them
- Identifying training needs, provide coaching or training where deemed fit
- Monitoring and updated HR Budgets
- Keeping up to date with salary bench marking
- Updating and maintaining HR reports
- Delivering the company Induction
- Updating and maintaining company policies
- Assist in the employee retention and development
- Organising meetings with employees to identify areas of improvement
- Using data to make informed decisions
- Conducting exit interviews
- Make recommendations or follow ups on conducts that are not beneficial
Requirements
- Be in possession of a University degree or qualification in HR / relevant field
- Minimum 7 years experience in HR
- Ability to strategize and lead
- Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
- Have excellent people skills
- Be a self starter
- MS Office fluent
Salary : $87,400 - $111,000
