Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Position: Program Analyst
Overview: ITC is actively seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our team in providing Task Order management to NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. The Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of assigned Task Order (TO) projects involving Repair and Return (RoR) purchase order management of procurements in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) international repair orders and production of all activities associated with assigned Tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Liaison between the FMS repair managers and the repair buyers within NAVSUP WSS.
- Provide support to the NAVSUP WSS Aviation repair teams by providing supply chain analysis and conducting supply system research utilizing management reports and various IT systems such as WebRoR to conduct research on aged commercial purchase requests.
- Engage with Procuring Contract Officers (PCO) and their staff, prepare reports on aged requirements, and maintain notes, records, and status updates as directed by the government technical sponsor.
- Prepare metrics and management reports on aged repair requirements and provide status updates.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare materials for senior level engagements with the contracting and operational directorates.
- Perform sufficiency reviews on Purchase Request packages with the NAVSUP WSS repair managers prior to routing to responsible contracting branch.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Prior experience with military/government contracting and procurement process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-starter that can work independently within program boundaries to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Works well with a small team.
- Pride of ownership for tasks with a focus on quality.
- Observant and detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with management of Purchase Order Requests
