Job Title: Lead MRI System Administrator

Location: Houston, TX (On-site 5 days/week)

Salary: $90K-$120K (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a collaborative, friendly, dedicated Lead MRI Software Support Administrator to join our Real Estate Investment and Brokerage company in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and implementing MRI software applications across the organization’s SAAS platform. This role would be supporting a team of approximately 40 professionals, 35 /- in accounting, finance, property/asset management and two in IT. This position directly reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, implement and maintain MRI applications and systems

• Monitor MRI applications and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly

• Troubleshoot any issues related to MRI applications and systems

• Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure MRI applications and systems are meeting their needs

• Provide technical assistance to other departments and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain user documentation

• Research and implement new technologies and techniques

• Develop and maintain system security

• Work closely with software vendors to ensure compatibility and accuracy

• Train different levels of user groups on best practices for using MRI to its fullest potential

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems and/or a related field

• Experience in accounting and/or accounting applications

• 4 years of experience as an end-user of MRI

• 2 years of experience as a Super-User/Power-User of MRI

• Proficient in MRI software, applications and systems

• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power BI

• Knowledge of real estate industry software and systems

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

• Previous MRI or Yardi Voyager experience preferred

• SQL experience preferred
