Create, track, and process purchase orders. Process payments for inventory/equipment received. Track all orders by ensuring they are put into tracking spreadsheets. Create shipping lists, tracking numbers, and track shipments of equipment ordered throughout the day. Tracks purchase orders and reconciles invoices in preparation for payment processing. Processes IT division receipts for gasoline, repairs, etc. Communicates to technical team when equipment has arrived and has been paid for. Responsible for answering calls and greeting visitors as well as internal agency executive customers. Skills required: Reconcile inventory tracking, reconciling payments, type internal correspondence for interagency activities, monitor and order office supplies. Will be responsible for checking overnight transactions and deposits from retail stores throughout the State. Create work schedules for some IT personnel. Ensure approval of timecards and processing of payroll is accomplished. Coordinates with Asset Management to ensure effective inventory management. Summary-good administrative and financial experience dealing with inventory, orders, processing payments, filing receipts, paying bills, updating appropriate tracking documentation, answer and direct calls.
