Overview:
Our Creative Sales Associates are the face of our business. With a team built from various creative outlets, our staff truly lives up to a nomadic lifestyle. We foster an environment where we value our employee's creativity and invite our staff to get involved in our daily creative projects. We strongly believe in a fun, upbeat culture that focuses on customer engagement and creating an innovative network.
- Initiates conversation and interacts with customers in an authentic, personalized way by sharing advice, product knowledge, and personal experiences.
- Contributes to the team by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
- Conducts daily tacks delegated by Key-Holder or Assistant Manager
- Understands loss prevention awareness and circulates the sales floor.
- Upholds SKU integrity, ringing accuracy, and cash handling.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of basic POS operations and company sales/ return policies.
- Contributes to upholding company visual and cleanliness standards
- Restocks product.
- Collaborates ideas with the team members and actively participates in daily projects.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer Service and sales: 1 year (Required)
