As the Partner Manager - Juniper Networks, you will be responsible for being an expert on the Juniper Networks partner programs. This role will provide input into strategic business plans, ensuring ITsavvy is fully engaged with Juniper Networks and its programs to fully utilize the benefits that will help us to develop and grow sales for the Juniper Networks business.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Manage ITsavvy’s overall relationship with Juniper: co-sell, co-development, partner ecosystem, and strategic alignment.
  • Engage Juniper sales teams to jointly develop opportunities and ITsavvy pipeline.
  • Develop relationships within Juniper to maximize ITsavvy’s opportunity for referrals and co-selling opportunities.
  • Be an expert on Juniper’s strategic priorities and roadmap to educate and assist ITsavvy leadership and sales team.
  • Be an expert on Juniper’s Portal and how to maximize utilization in ITsavvy’s Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts.

Tactical Responsibilities
  • Managing opportunity pipeline for Juniper opportunities.
  • Quarterly sales reports on Juniper business.
  • Develop and manage product assets ie: battle cards, data sheets, and other sales enablement tools to help the ITsavvy sales team understand Juniper solutions.
  • Develop and deliver a client facing communication strategy for both existing clients and prospective audiences.
  • Set up meetings, lunch & learns and webinars to educate the sales team on new solutions and products.
  • Work with ITsavvy resources to develop a social media marketing plan that highlights Juniper products and solutions.

New Business Development
  • Review Sales Data at ITsavvy and provide insights for growth/development.
  • Develop a marketing plan to gain additional clients to ITsavvy’s Juniper portfolio.
  • Work with the ITsavvy Leadership team to develop methods to grow or add-on to existing business.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products and co-develop strategies for increasing sales with Juniper.

Goals
  • Work with Client Executives to drive incremental business to Juniper with a minimum 10% Year over Year growth.
  • Partner more effectively with various points of contact at Juniper to plan growth strategies by product category.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Networking, Wireless and Security preferred.
  • 2 years of similar experience.
  • Diligent work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
  • Great communication skills, in-person and virtually.
  • Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
