Position Summary
- Meet or exceed the annual area booking target set by EMEA Management. Execute extensive travel across the region as required to achieve business goals. It’s anticipated travel to office based activity will represent an 80/20 ratio.
- Increase ITT Industrial Process market share, seek and develop new market segments and target customers. Support and grow existing customer base in the area.
- Develop Aftermarket sector for Parts (OE & ProCast), Service, Upgrades & Re-Rates.
- Develop business at key accounts and support global effort with Strategic Account customers. Personally drive customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Support the business in resolving and negotiating issues with commercial terms and conditions, project communication, payment collections and customer issues, both internally and externally.
Essential Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed the annual booking target for the area consisting of Pumps, Parts, M&C, Service and Distribution.
- Develop & maintain sales data base, including weekly calls plans, and monthly reports on sales activity including order, new projects, competitor activity and any sales, applications or manufacturing issues for the Sales Team within the Region.
- Assist in the development of budgets, orders, sales forecasts and annual plans for the specified region.
- Assist in the collection of outstanding payments in the region.
Position Requirements
Education: HNC in Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience:
- 10 years experience in engineered pump sales relative to these markets
- Strong knowledge of ITT IP Product Lines and/or Markets/Customers in the Area/Region
- Extensive experience in Customer’s industrial processes
- Exposure to Sales Plans to maximize value while balancing opportunities and risks
Desired Experience:
- Experience in interacting with international customers is a plus
- Rotating equipment design and manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience in international project management is a plus
Education & Know How:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- MBA is a plus
- Fluent in swedish or danish and English (other languages are a plus)
