What is your role?
We’re looking for a Senior L&D Manager to join our Talent Management team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Talent Management Director. As Senior L&D Manager, you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, with responsibility for the Learning and Development area for Motion Technologies and ITT.

Essential Responsibilities
Your day in the life of Senior L&D Manager in ITT
In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing and executing the Learning and Development strategy in Motion Technologies. You will also lead and support some key Learning and Development initiatives at ITT level.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and execution of a worldwide Learning and Development strategy
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide
- Global Learning Managament System implementation and management running
- Internal Learning and Development programs and trainings design and execution, including e-learnings
- External Learning and Development programs and trainings selection and management, including responsibility on maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Mandatory courses and trainings organization and monitoring
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Onboarding management
- Internal and external Learning and Development audits management
- Local and international funding management

Position Requirements
What will make you our perfect match?
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Proven experience in a similar role with designing, implementation and execution of the learning and development strategy in a multinational environment
- Proficient use of the most common Learning and Management Systems and tools to design and supply learning experience, including e-learning (gamification as a plus)
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- Ability to travel to domestic and international locations
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Team working and leadership skills
- Passion about helping people learn and grow
- Multi-tasking and ability to learn quickly and solve complex issues
