Overview
This hybrid position serves as an integrated pharmacy resource within the pharmacy department operations and various rotating medical teams (including general pediatrics, maternity services, emergency department and PICU). The pharmacist works closely with the nationally-recognized multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, cost-effective medication- related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life. Opportunities exist for professional growth relative to clinical, research and educational interests.
Requirements: Requires current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist. Successful completion of an PGY1 pharmacy residency preferred. Board Certification Preferred. Pediatric pharmacy experience may be required.
