- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clinic efficiency and positive patient experiences
- Schedule new and current patient appointments
- Screen and refer incoming phone calls and clinic visitors to ensure accurate and positive clinic communication and facilitation
- Verify insurance benefits, prescriptions, and authorizations
- Oversee the collection and reconciliation of required insurance co-payments and patient private pay
- Maintain and oversee proper performance of front office staff
- 3-5 years administrative/office experience in a medical field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
- Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
- Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
- Experience using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook programs)
- Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
- Ability to travel between clinics in the East MI Region required.
