What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Content Creator position at IVY Swimwear?
We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is passionate about digital trends and content creators relations. We’re looking for a creative, energetic, experienced, data-driven social video expert who loves being in front of the camera and creating content!
You will represent the IVY Swimwear brand, by hosting video content and speaking directly to the audience.
You will be required to articulate the storyboard and creative vision for social video content (educational, product-based, trend-based, and more) and drive engagement and build awareness and loyalty.
This position requires a detailed understanding of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape and to be successful in this role, you must be able to keep pace in a highly fluid, ever-changing, collaborative workplace.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively on a team, as well as assume independent work responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Overall working experience of 2 years (creators/influencer marketing background preferred) managing Instagram and TikTok channels
- Previous experience of working in a startup
- Working with the Creative Team the Marketing Manager, plays a pivotal role to develop, execute, and lead influencer marketing campaigns for our clients in partnership with creator
- They know how to source, excite and engage creators in an authentic way, using content, and custom IVY Swimwear events to drive business goals
- Monitor and track key metrics to measure the success of acquisition campaigns and develop future strategies
- Clear understanding of algorithms on Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok, writing effective captions and trending hashtags
- Support of the marketing team and paid strategy efforts to ensure we have the videos we need for any PPC or paid social campaigns
- Conduct ongoing analysis of industry or changing trends
- Develop and deliver channel reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
- Interpret, analyze and make optimization recommendations against paid social media campaigns and database metrics
