We are seeking an IT support technician who provides technical support to end-users for PC, server, hardware, or software applications.


Key accountabilities:

  • Interacts with supplier/service provider.
  • Monitors asset inventory.
  • Verifies back up, daily check list, account maintenance.
  • Participates in and/or leads site specific small projects.
  • Mentors level I employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Technicial training and / or associates degree in computer science / enginerring (network more certification or equivalent)
  • Project team member/PMO requirements.
  • Leadership/mentoring.
  • In depth knowledge of Ivy baseline apps, A more and network more.
  • Ivy processes (CMR, etc..)
  • Escalation procedures.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering science and technology.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • High level customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced mission critical environment
  • Some travel may be required and rotating shifts
  • Must be a good listener with ability to translate complexed technical issues in layman’s terms to non-technical shareholders
