Job Summary:
As a SaaS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing Dominate’s SaaS Checkout Platform via new customer acquisition and by driving expansion within a satisfied customer base. Through customer-centric selling and collaborative account management, you will lead prospects & customers through the buying and onboarding process. Additionally, you will be required to address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to relevant teams. Your goal will be to maintain a positive and long-lasting relationship with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, pipeline building, forecasting and closing net new accounts
- Lead customer demo sessions of the SaaS product and address customer questions and concerns with leveraging the platform
- Overcome customer objections, issues or concerns as necessary to solidify the merchant relationship. Candidate should have the ability to obtain a higher value from merchants based on the value-added benefits offered by the product/service
- Gain a full understanding of the software offered by Dominate, and effectively communicate this information to prospects, clients and internal parties
- Continually learn all aspects of the product and services offered by Dominate
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes and procedures
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and response times
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Sales / Account Management or a similar role
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with email and CRM systems
Salary : $15 - $20
