Our company is looking for a few Sales Managers that can help grow our business Internationally. We are exporters of some of the most well-known US made grocery and health & beauty brands. Our business has continued to thrive during the pandemic, and we are seeing an increase in inquiries. We currently sell within ninety-six countries and take pride in being the industry leader. Our catalog includes the most sought-after brands and allows customers the opportunity to expand their product range.
This position is a base monthly commission role. All leads are given for follow up; we are not doing any cold calling for business. The commission is up to the individual, the more that you sell the more that you can make as it is uncapped.
Tasks daily include:
· Collaborating with existing customers on their orders. Creating the order within the system and making changes as needed. Help in the process of getting a container filled with the manufacturers offerings that we work with.
· Reaching out to leads to introduce our product catalogs and determine what they are looking for. Give them guidance on trends and answer questions needed for their market.
· Update the CRM with notes, updated information, and quotes.
· Work with other areas of the business such as Logistics, Purchasing and the Warehouse to assure that orders are complete and out in a timely manner. This person will follow the order from beginning to end to assure that order goes out correctly and timely.
· Work with both existing customers and leads on any other questions that arise. Be an advisor, helping them to get the information they need as quickly as possible.

· Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
· Experience working with International B2B customers. Communication skills are so important, having the ability to answer questions and work with accounts effectively over the phone and online.
· Excellent organization skills, being able to manage tasks that are in differing stages.
· Can work as part of a team, taking feedback and putting into play quickly.
