Equipment Operator

What We Need from You (Our Requirements)

• inspect equipment
• grease, oil and perform daily maintenance on equipment
• report any needed equipment repairs
• wash and clean equipment as needed
• ability to dig around existing utilities
• operate equipment efficiently and effectively
• must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• willing to teach others how to operate various pieces of equipment
• create a safe work environment by being aware of surroundings and taking safety seriously
• assist crew when needed (this may mean hand digging or other laboring duties)
• communicate with Foreman and Superintendent
• experience is preferred
• must be able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record REQUIRED (within the last 3 years)
• MUST pass a drug screen and DOT health exam
