We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth salon operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide them with a positive salon experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using salon software
- Assist clients in product selection
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Manage inventory of salon supplies
- Provide support to stylists and other salon staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with salon policies and procedures
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in a salon or similar customer service role is preferred
