Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and play a key role in shaping our organization's workforce.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment
- Utilize recruitment tools such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, and Workday to streamline processes
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives to build a strong pipeline of entry-level talent
- Handle employee relations matters related to recruitment and onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for candidate relationship management
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Utilize Lever or similar platforms for applicant tracking and reporting
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition leadership roles
- Familiarity with campus recruitment programs and strategies
- Strong knowledge of employee relations best practices
- Proficiency in recruitment software such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, Workday, Salesforce, and Lever
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
