Specific Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Assist with billing of accounts receivable, including daily revenue accounting
- Cash management including daily cash receipts and bank account reconciliation
- Execute monthly close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ad-hoc tasks and special projects, as needed
- Assist job cost accounting on monthly basis as needed with potential to grow into construction accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; basic Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
