In partnership with a longstanding local client, J. Morrissey is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources (preferably healthcare) and will lead recruitment related activities.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruitment job postings, screening resumes, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding / orientation
- Compliance ensure licenses and certifications are up to date and standards
- Maintain HRIS to ensure data integrity and generate reports
- 4 years of experince in HR and recruiting in the healthcare field INDA
