Wenger Corporation is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's corporate strategy of providing an exceptional customer experience by coordinating all aspects of quoting for service projects including project correspondence, quotes, and internal fulfillment of orders.
At minimum, you will need:
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
It would be great if you also have:
- Five (5) years of experience working in a customer service role
- Proven experience with ERP and CRM software: Epicor and Salesforce
A typical day may include:
- Answering incoming inspection requests and providing questionnaire to potential clients
- Entering / tracking and maintaining service call records in Service Cloud
- Requesting time and material estimates from field techs / 3rd parties
- Creating Salesforce opportunities for quoting purposes and maintaining opportunities with regular updates to ensure accuracy of service projections
- Producing quotes in Epicor, obtaining approval, and submitting to customer
- Maintaining SharePoint service site and creating and organizing project folders with quote information and filing all emails into appropriate SharePoint project folders
- Following up on quotes
- Converting quotes to orders, obtaining credit hold release and ship dates from request team, and creating projects in Epicor
- Updating orders to design prior to releasing for FAB
- Updating orders for 3rd party PO's, requests from Purchasing, and submitting to 3rd party
- Submitting pack slips for invoicing
- Submitting list of jobs for completion and closing monthly, close projects, move folders from Awarded to Closed
- Releasing orders for fabrication
- Providing project updates at the weekly service meetings and communicating any delays to the service team and customers
- Producing RMAs for return of product and processing in Epicor once product is received. Maintaining and updating RMA spreadsheet.
- Producing credit memos for RMA's and submitting to QC
- Providing support to field team members as required
- Assisting with coordinating 3rd party on site dates and updating calendar in Outlook
- Entering field tech time into Epicor
- Reviewing, editing, and submitting inspection reports
- Working with service and marketing teams on promotions of service and upgrade work
- Conducting freight calls, when applicable
- Generating and distributing Service PowerPoint slides monthly
