We have an amazing team and looking to add more amazing people to it! We are a full service auto repair shop that has been serving our community for 20 years. We have grown every year since we've opened and are looking for a service advisor to fit our growing needs.
This position will entail working closely with our technicians through our digital process. You'll be reviewing inspections, diagnosis, and recommendations by technicians, building tickets, then advising customers on repair/maintenance needed. Our process is digital complete w/ photos and/or video for you to show the customer what the technician sees, making your job easy! A general working knowledge of auto repair and good customer service skills are required. Our approach is friendly and honest, this position would require the same.

You must have:
at least 1 year professional experience in the auto repair industry (Please explain your specific experience elaborating on systems of the vehicle you're experienced in.)
at least 1 year sales/customer service experience

Hours are M-F 8am-5pm
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission
