Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties efficiently and effectively, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met
- Train new cleaning staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of inventories and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
- Communicate regularly with operations and field personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues or concerns
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects and other tasks as needed
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry, with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented and thorough approach to cleaning tasks, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Flexibility to work on-call hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
