What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director position at Jackson County Bank?
Assumes responsibilities for activities related to conceptualizing and implementing the Bank's Brand, Vision, Mission, Core Values and sales and service culture by and through function, market and organizational strategy and achieving marketing targets. Assumes responsibility for the Bank's website and creative content. Manages all marketing initiatives in support of functional, market and organizational objectives, to include but not limited to collaborating with any outside agencies for specific campaigns, producing creative and media placement. Is responsible for the Bank's social media presence, including but not limited to policy, procedures and training related to any Bank utilized social media. Develops and maintains annual marketing, advertising and media plans in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Provides marketing performance analysis as related to sales goals, monthly tracking reports, trend analysis and return on investment. Oversees market research, competitor analyses, service delivery and customer retention monitoring processes and initiatives. Oversees and maintains marketing and advertising budget.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or Business preferred. Minimum 5 years related experience required. Banking experience preferred. Sales or previous marketing/advertising experience preferred.
