Your Impact:
Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training. Shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall also be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
a) Must have 8 years of MOS operational experience as a 35M or 351M (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting tactical all source intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years.
b) Have completed military advanced course(s) (35M ALC and MI SLC, 351M WOAC, DATC or equivalent)
c) 6 Months experience as either a Class B Agent officer or a Class A Custodian.
d) 6 months experience as an ICF Claimant conducting intelligence operations in which ICF was used and accounted for.
e) Must have practical experience using ICF and a thorough understanding of regulations for use and accountability of ICF.
f) Experience with maintaining a S-ICF program according to standards established by applicable government regulations and the training SOP.
g) Experience with maintaining and updating the Simulated ICF SOP
h) Experience with reports in writing, any deviation from the Simulated ICF SOP to course directors within 24 hours of identifying the deviation.
i) Experience with managing issues and accountability for all contractor-provided S-ICF ($200 x 36 students) in accordance with DoD and Army Regulations, policies and the SOP. (Before issuance to students, contractor-provided S-ICF are not public funds.
j) The Contractor must be able to properly account for all S-ICF using Department of Defense (DoD) Forms IAW DoD and Army Regulations 381-141.
k) The Contractor should be familiar with DoD 7000.14-R Financial Management Regulation and be able to enforce the compliance thereof.
l) Experience with managing “meals provided” ledger for student, contract and civilian cadre members based on the S-ICF accounting. These “meals provided” ledgers will be provided to the government course Travel AOs to ensure meals are properly deducted from the student, contract and civilian cadre TDY expenses.
m) The Contractor should be familiar with Managing the electronic storage of all documentation concerning the use of S-ICF using a government approved naming convention in a consulted location on Fort Huachuca. The Contractor shall be able to provide a monthly documentation listing the disposition of all S-ICF. The Contractor will be familiar with the recording of these funds and how to digitize and maintain records indefinitely, or as otherwise directed by the Commander.
