Job Title: NetSuite Supply Chain Functional Lead

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: San Jose, CA (Remote)

 Responsibilities

• Lead and champion NetSuite Supply Chain implementation projects
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements
• Prepare business requirements documents indicating the core functionality and processes that must be configured in NetSuite
• Configure the NetSuite system to meet the customer business process flows. Demonstrate solution walkthroughs of configured NetSuite applications to customers
• Identify test scenario’s, establish test cases and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
• Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
• Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover
• Work closely with the project architect and project manager to ensure the correct solutions are being proposed and the project remains on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions.
• Research, design and present optimal solutions for clients drawing on NetSuite best practices.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7-8 years of overall hands-on experience with NetSuite
• 3-4 years of full NetSuite life cycle implementation experience as a functional analyst/lead
• Strong Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution experience is a must
• Adv Manufacturing & Inventory Management implementation experience is a must
• Prefer person has experience implementing into Life Sciences Customer.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting on implementations
