The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives through creative collaboration, meticulous data analysis, and hands-on project management. This role enhances brand visibility by producing impactful materials, coordinating events, and managing digital channels, while closely monitoring industry trends to inform strategic direction. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to driving engagement and growth. Work schedule is Monday through Friday - may be expected on rare occasion to work a later evening or weekend day, for an event a few times per year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence and presentation materials and reports.
- Research, maintain, and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction.
- Arrange and coordinate special events, projects, and mailings.
- Support marketing day-to-day operations, including media campaigns, promotions, and projects.
- Collaborate with design and communications teams to develop digital and print assets, ensuring alignment with company branding and marketing objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and real estate market developments to support informed marketing strategies and competitive positioning.
- Manage and update the company’s website content, social media channels, and other digital platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Prepare and distribute marketing communications, newsletters, and other internal and external materials to reinforce brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement to senior marketing team members.
- Assist in organizing and executing photo and video shoots for marketing collateral, maintaining an organized media library for future use.

Qualifications
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications-related position.
- An associate degree in marketing or communications from an accredited institution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
