Position Overview:

The Music People is looking for an Operations Support Associate/Office Admin who will be responsible for performing a high level of transactional type work and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and will provide administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as order entry, mail management, calendar management, office inventory, event planning, coordinating appointments and all other necessary responsibilities.

Work Schedule:

  • Work standard daily 8-hour work schedule with a ½ hour lunch.
  • MWF: Berlin Office – Tue/Thu: Remote setup

Responsibilities:

  • Creating orders from inbound PO’s and internal requests from sales or other departments
  • Process, receive, and distribute incoming mail and materials including packages
  • Mailing customer invoices and statements
  • Manages company calendars (time off/PTO, tradeshow, etc.)
  • Prepares agendas, notices, and meeting or conference materials
  • Records proceedings at meeting or conferences as directed
  • Maintains and orders necessary office supplies
  • Assist with tradeshow and event coordination
  • Coordinates and schedules building maintenance/repairs
  • Orders office lunches for vendors, employees, visitors, etc.
  • Coordinates employee status change checklist and follows up to ensure completion
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting various departments as needed
  • Maintain and update department documentation, processes and procedures
