You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, as you will be the face of our company during every interaction. The successful candidate will have an excellent time-management skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure vehicle is kept in good working condition and report any issues immediately
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain delivery log and submit report to management as required
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a delivery driver, preferably on a bike
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods is a plus
