Responsibilities
What will you do
- Partners with appropriate managers to develop and execute marketing events and educational programs.
- Plans produces, and moderates roundtables, other internal events, and focus groups.
- Researches and manages sponsorships tied to business goals.
- Ensures identified target markets meet or exceed annual practice goals and assists with outreach for panelists.
- Researches market trends to identify further business growth opportunities and build marketing plans.
- Leads, coaches, and develops Practice Development Manager and Practice Development Coordinator.
- Hires, trains, and ongoing support and works to maintain high associate satisfaction levels throughout PD.
- Collaborates with appropriate constituents on outreach to prospective clients.
- Conducts internal business analysis and external market research.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field. Required
- 7-9 years of working in marketing and practice development. Required
- 4-6 years of working in legal and client service. Plus
- 4-6 years For internal candidates, proven ability as an ADR Specialist, Practice Development Manager, or similar position. Required
- Computer literacy and proficiency in all software programs. (Required proficiency)
- 30-40% Travel
