Key Responsibilities
- Manage general accounting functions, month end close, update GL and reporting structure.
- Review Financial statement actuals to ensure compliance.
- Manage account reconciliation process; review and approve account reconciliations and supporting schedules for all balance sheet accounts for all entities.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, suggest process improvements.
- Primary responsibility for Sales and Use tax reporting, audits, manage external compliance vendor.
- Manage and mentor accounting team, establish goals, and monitor progress and alignment with department goals.
- Assist in special projects, prepare various financial analyses.
- Review debit and credit memo processing.
- Responsible for implementing and complying with all ethical and legal compliance requirements.
SKILLS
- 3-plus years of Accounting experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Lookup functions.
- Reporting capabilities in an ERP system.
- Manufacturing experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
