What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Janco, Inc.?
Hours: 1st Shift- 7am to 330pm 2nd Shift 330pm to 1130pm
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour .75 ($15.75) differential for PM shift.

What you will be doing? Our Foam Molding Department needs Associates who can use tools like cutters, trimmers, molders, ovens and other machine operation. We are a Foam and Plastic supplier who utilizes processes such as grinding, stamping, slitting or shearing foam/ plastic to create components for our clients who then produce a finished product.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and provide verification of work authorization.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50lbs periodically but expected to regularly lift items that weigh 25lbs or less. Must be able to bend, twist, squat, or reach.
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
