We are a growing company, currently seeking hard-working, dependable Special Service Technicians to join our team. Cleaning Techs are critical members of our team, ensuring equipment is used properly to clean our customers facilities safely and efficiently. If you love working in teams and thrive on long hours, this challenging position is right for you!
We are looking for full-time Special Services Technicians in Marietta, OH who have experience in:
- Window cleaning
- Carpet cleaning : Extraction,Cimex or Trinity
- Strip and Wax of VCT flooring
- Pressure Washing
- Post Construction cleaning services
- Reading and comprehending equipment manufacturer manuals
- Good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to spot problems or potential problems and take initiative to correct them
- Effective written & oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
Note: Willing to train the right individual.
The Ideal Candidate:
- High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred
- Must be able to pass background check and a drug test
Pay is based on experience.
