Role Priorities
- Implementation of company policies and SOP
- Customer Retention
- Manage the day-to-day facility operation and project management
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure their requirements and needs are met.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of supervisors and front-line staff.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Adherence to operational budgets is crucial for meeting the financial obligations of the organization and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor and report on the performance of service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and effective resolution of complaints.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in managing operations and leading teams.
- Experience in supervising, mentoring, and training staff and teams.
- Knowledge of safety and risk management techniques and principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business and project management software.
