Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead analyst with HHQ & adjacent organizations to integrate Service Force Development Campaign of Learning activities.
- Integrate Service-learning demands in external Service activities.
- Inform the Service Force Development Process on knowledge learned from activities that have implications on our future force.
- Engage and maintain relationships with the analytical community to identify and leverage opportunities to support Service efforts.
- Provide detailed assessment documents to support leadership team decision-making.
- Able to interact and effectively communicate with senior Marine Corps uniformed officers and senior executives to coordinate the execution of complex tasks.
- Assistance in providing support to CD&I as required in support of its overall mission.
- Possess and maintain eligibility for Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (security clearance) Travel overnight up to approximately 10% of the time.
- Travel throughout the National Capital Region to attend off-sight meetings.
- Exercise proficiency with Microsoft productivity software and web-based information/knowledge management tools, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook to fulfill tasking.
