Responsibilities

• Client Engagement : Interact with customers to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
• In-Person Sales : Assist customers in person, providing information on available insurance policies and helping them choose the right coverage.
• Policy Management : Maintain accurate records of customer policies and ensure timely updates when necessary.
• Claims Handling : Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and assistance in filing claims.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate options to customers.

Requirement

• Licensing : Possess or be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses as per state regulations.
• Sales Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
