What you will be doing:

Provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform program support, information technology support, cost and price analysis, development of government estimates, procurement processing, acquisition and contract management, contract closeout services, and other administrative services. ?

• Strong customer service skills
• Have a Help Desk, Account Management and Sales background with a focus on Customer Service
• Listen to customers and provide feedback as well as make suggestions to enhance their overall experience with GSA.
• Write formulas, run reports, and use Microsoft Excel with limited supervision.
• Conduct Market Research, analyze trends, and make suggestions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must be organized, multi-task, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to display a calm and patient attitude while interacting with the customer.
• Shall have strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable with complex and frequently changing requirements and processes
• Ability to work in a busy environment with frequent distractions and interruptions.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Experience

• Shall have at least three (3) to five (5) years of acquisition experience
• Must have experience and be proficient with Desktop PCs capable of running Windows 2000 or greater
• Shall have experience and be proficient with Desktop Printers and Scanners
• Shall have experience and be proficient with Shared office copier and fax machine
• Shall have experience and be proficient with Windows 2000 or greater
• Shall have experience and be proficient with MS Office 97 or greater
• Shall have experience and be proficient with MS Internet Explore
• Shall have experience and be proficient with Google/Google Docs
• Preferred experience with the following Major Functional Applications:

• ASSIST 2.0 (https://portal.fas.gsa.gov)
• Google Drive
• Information Technology Operations Management System (ITOMS)

Education Requirements:

Shall hold a Baccalaureate Degree or a minimum of 24 hours of study in the fields of Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law.
