Essential Duties
- Directs and manages the organizational cash flow
- Manages the organizational annual budgeting process
- Develops and implements new financial management policies
- Creates an open communication environment with customers
- Responsible for overseeing the agency’s financial status
- Negotiates contracts with customers
- Manages lease, contracts, and other financial commitments
- Prepares accurate financial reports for the organization
- Maintains financial records for projects
- Monitors risk management practices to ensure program and organizational risks are minimized
- Maintains financial statements and reports
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent leadership skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
- Minimum for 7 years’ prior experience in an equally responsible position of financial management.
- Ability to multitask
- Strong problem solving skills
- SAP experience is a must
