Honda inventory has returned to much higher and consistent volume. Honda has fresh product offerings in almost every high-volume segment. We are looking for a professional Business Manager that has a positive attitude and the desire to help us meet and achieve our sales plan.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers to the dealership and create a smooth transition from Sales to the Business office during their vehicle purchase / lease process
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop positive working relationships
Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
Present a full transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products
Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
Achieve targeted sales objectives
Gain superior product knowledge to effectively guide customers through the review and purchase of after-market products – Vehicle Service Contracts, GAP coverage, Wheel and tire coverage, and vehicle appearance products
Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy.
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
The Business Manager will make credit decisions, submit deals to lenders for approval, and resolve disconnects in the sales process.
