Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the the proptery is maintained and maintenance of our facilities. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary - Weld and fabricate parts as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - PAbility to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
