Survey Technician/Drafter/Analyst
** NO REMOTE, this is an office role
Skills needed to perform:
· Perform survey related research, boundary analysis, calculations, exhibits, and legal descriptions for a variety of land development and public works related projects from commercial and housing developments to military and public related improvement projects throughout Southern CA
· Review construction plans and perform calculations for layout staking and prepare exhibits.
· Prepare work plans and staking calculations for field crews
· Reduction of field survey notes
· Reading, analyzing, and preparing legal descriptions, field survey and subdivision calculations using computer software.
· Preparing CAD drawings of boundary surveys, Topographic Maps, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivision maps and other survey drawings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
