As a Supply Chain Intern, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with our dynamic Z Global team and learn what it takes to get our products into the hands of our consumers. You will be a valued individual contributor to the team and work alongside your cross-functional team members from packaging, marketing, sales, and international teams to help bring innovative play experiences to market.
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will:
- Learn and contribute to the end-to-end process flow of inventory cycle count
- Conduct inventory analysis
- Complete an inventorying project
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled college student that has completed at least one year of school at an accredited university or college
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
- Basic proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop (not applicable to all roles)
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner
- A love of play and toys!
Our summer internship experience offers a paid internship at $20.00 per hour, full-time, and runs from May 31, 2023, to August 4, 2023. Interns must commit to this start and end date. Our positions follow a hybrid 3/2 schedule, three days in the office and two days remote. In addition to your work tasks, participation in professional coaching, internship huddles, and a group philanthropy project are mandatory. We require feedback for program management and improvements. Finally, you will be required to set goals, submit a final project, and receive a performance evaluation.
