What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Sales Associate position at JB Vending LLC?

We are looking for strong, confident, independent professionals to join our team of Agency Owners! You do not need to be licensed in insurance to accept the position, but you will need it before you can begin!
American National offers 3 months of paid training, which starts at $4000 per month! You will train with our knowledgeable specialists to get you on the right track for success! Plus a $4000 bonus once you complete our training program!
After your paid training is complete you will become a captive agent with American National and receive commission only compensation as follows:
Property and Casualty:
Year 1 - 35% yearly premium up front
Year 2 - 25% yearly premium up front
Year 3 - variable rate 12-20% yearly premium up front
Life 85% yearly premium up front
You will also be entitled to receive residual commissions indefinitely as long as the client remains with American National.
